I love hotels normally and not getting my money back makes me cautious when booking!
1.0The price was reasonable but only if you are willing to stay in a dirty and loud (all hours of the night) hotel. The refund from the owner was denied even though we checked out after learning how dirty the bathroom was and the noise level from the parties in the hotel playing music was so loud.

The bathroom tub was black around the perimeter and the surfaces were old and deteriorating catching who knows what germs over time. The hallways were filthy all the way to the room. When I tried to go to bed at first when getting into the room as it was very late when I got to town (I just drove 3 hours to attend my son's college graduation the next day), there was then loud booming music playing. I could not sleep, so I went to the bathroom but discovered how filthy it was. This hotel was in the middle of nowhere so my 12 year old son and I had to sleep in our car at the nearby gas station and of course change clothes in it to get ready for his brother's graduation.

5.0Could've been better. More options would be nice. Bigger coffee cups as well. It was like a sip of coffee.
− Hallway rugs were filthy definitely needed a wash or to be replaced. Carpet in room felt damp and the shower was a little dirty. Definitely need more towels in the room. Especially for a double queen room. Also side entrance door does not lock which means anyone can just walk in the hotel at anytime without a key.
