7.0Location was perfect for our needs. Good price and the beds were comfortable.
− The hallways and steps were dirty and there was several young people hanging around the parking lot.
This will become my yearly stay during Rockfest. Great, comfy rooms with easy access.

Decent place to stay but beds/pillows were terrible

− The bed was cheap and not much padding. Pillows were super tiny and not comfy. The shower mixer and shower head are loose in the wall and flops back and forth. We front desk when we left about shower head. She was very pleasant.
