Exactly what we needed...a great place to stay and eat breakfast before going on our cruise.

− Everything was great.
I was very unhappy with accommodations for my grandchildren,
2.0The breakfast was poor due to the fact that everybody was getting orange juice from same container and all the kids were expecting pancakes but there was none, the eggs were not that tasty. the locations was good.
− I would not have stayed at Fairfield inn and suites if I had known that the pool was not working. I was on vacation with 7 of my grandchildren and they wanted to swim but that did not happen.

8.0Very clean, offered a decent breakfast every morning, the staff was nice but one of the kitchen workers
− The beds where very hard , then when we decided to use the tv it would work and so I reached out to front desk but since it was passed 7 pm there wasnt anyone to come look at it nor did they offer to send another one up. One of the kitchen workers yelled at my son for accidentally using the spoon tray as a spoon cause he thought it was the spoon for gravy

− We had to be moved from one room to another because the floor was wet. The air conditioners in the room leak. When we got to the second room, the floor was still wet due to the same thing. This is a mold and safety hazard. The televisions in the rooms don't work. When you call the staff with a problem, they just move you to a new room without addressing the issue and place someone new in the room without fixing the issue. Very disappointed with my stay!
