No cleaning, no extra towels when ask staff was very rude

I picked this place without enough research,scary place I didn't sleep all night.

− They seem to turn off the heat when they clean it. Completely off so the room was extremely cold we waited all night for the room to warm up by about 5 AM in the morning and we were only staying one night. We complained and were told by staff, it was cold outside and they couldn’t do anything about it. beds are extremely uncomfortable and lumpy.
Motel from Hell

− People are living at the motel, hanging out in stairwells and sitting outside their rooms like a front porch, made it feel unsafe. Second night at 11:30 pm water started pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom and we had to change rooms. Next night the toilet was clogged after just flushing urine, no toilet paper. Motel in desperate need of repair and renovation. We left early even though we paid for another night.
