− Ran out of bread for toast after the first day of my stay and didn't replenish

− Room cleanliness. Very obvious multiple hairs in the shower. I really don't like that the company has employees set out envelopes for a tip. Breakfast was ok.. scrambled eggs sitting in an inch of water in a chaffing dish wasn't appealing so I had a bagel.

3.0Good staff. Light breakfast
− My room was on the first floor. Room felt “damp”. Towels never dried out during the day. Floor also felt “damp and sticky”. When I arrived back home I had to re-wash my shirts and jeans - “musty odor”. Looking back I should have requested another room but the hotel was very busy the three days I was there. I have stay at this same hotel in the past with no issues. Doubt I will stay there again in the future.
