6.0− I didn't like that there was water leaking in my room from a broken ac upstairs that a guy squeegeed dirty water off balcony on my clean beach towels or that they waited till I checked in to tell me I gotta pay for parking price should be included I spent over 2,000 on a room and then there were kids running around up stairs all night and in parking garage other then that wasn't bad staff was good ooo and the room they advertised wasn't wat I got
We arrived early and they made up very complicated and we just felt so welcomed! This is a great place to stay!

2.0Only good location, friendly staff.
− The room was extremely noisy. It felt like sleeping outside because all the street noise came straight into the room. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, making it almost impossible to shower properly after spending the day at the beach. At breakfast, the waffle batter appeared to be spoiled. After eating the waffles, my daughter developed stomach pain. This was very disappointing and raising serious concerns about the quality and safety of the food. Another major issue was the bed. The mattress was completely covered with a plastic waterproof cover, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Every time you turned over, the plastic made a loud crinkling noise that constantly woke us up. It was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds we have ever experienced. I cannot understand how a hotel expects its guests to get a good night's sleep under these conditions. After the first night, we checked out of the hotel the following morning because of these issues. The hotel staff acknowledged our concerns and guaranteed a refund for the remaining two nights. It was very disappointing to have to interrupt our vacation, search for another hotel, and deal with unnecessary stress instead of simply relaxing and enjoying our family holiday.

− El personal rasista tenía dos reservaciones y por pasarme una hora para el check in me cancelaron una de las reservaciones y no querían darme el reembolso completo y yo nunca cancelé tuve que llamar a la policía !
