10.0My room was very clean. The customer service was the best I've had in years. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to town.
All in all, the the hotel was recently updated and clean, staff was friendly.
8.0Staff was friendly and room was clean. Plenty of areas to buy fast food Huddle House was across from Hotel and easy access to downtown Natchitoches.
− Breakfast was tolerable. No sausage/bacon, biscuits, oatmeal was soupy, chicken breasts ,only meat, was hard and fruit unappealing. Also, no grits.

Everything with the exception of check-in was great
9.0Right off highway with a lot of food options within walking distance. Majority of staff was exceptional
− Paid in advance but hotel attempted to charge the deposit and room charge, a second time, to my card. Luckily, cap1 stopped the second charge as suspicious. Not a big deal and mistakes happened but the lady who checked us in took no ownership and blamed “a third-party” for attempting the charge.
