didnt provide breakfast. My room smelled of heavy CAT&DOG smell. Very frustrating as there is other rooms that didnt. Asked the front desk to provide a better smelling room, an was told because I used booking.com they couldn"t move me.

I thought the lobby was nice & clean.Overall my room was clean, with the exception of the cigarette smell coming through the vents. Some staff was friendly. I liked that the room clean up was everyday without me having to ask. In addition, I liked that.the location was clise to stores, restaurants, and the highway

− I didn't like the smoking in front of the entrance. The smoke smell lingered throughout the hotel. I felt that there was no consideration for the guest that doesn't smoke taken. There should me no smoking at any building entrance. It is my understanding, that a person would have to be at least 20ft from an entrance to smoke. I can smell cigarette smoke in my room, which caused my allergies to flare up. I left feeling sick!! I spent $727.00 for my stay. My reservation included breakfast, but when I picked up a plate, I was (rudely) stopped and told I needed a ticket. I've never had to present a ticket at any other hotel that breakfast is included i.e. the Springhill Suites located in the front. The breakfast selection was minimum at best. No, I will not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying there again.

Airport shuttle undependable

We chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. We called the hotel for pick up when we got our luggage and it took about 15 minutes waiting time but the hotel is a five + minute drive from the airport. That was understandable. When we got near the hotel, the driver took us a back way through narrow dark alleys, which did not at all give a favorable impression of the Hotel. During the ride or when we checked in at the front desk, no one mentioned to us that you need to give a 24 hour notice to have the shuttle the next morning take us back to the airport. Of course a 24 hour notice is impossible because you’re not even at the hotel for 24 hours. So when we were checking out the next morning, we said we’re ready for the shuttle, and so there was no shuttle driver available even though the shuttle was parked outside the front door. The front desk person called the shuttle driver, but there was no answer and so we finally called an Uber to take us to the airport. The Uber took us out the front entrance on nice black top roads. Bed and the room were excellent.
