7.0Apart from its excellent location
− The old hairdryer in the room did not work. We asked for another one so that we would not have to sleep with wet hair. At first, we were told that one would be sent to us, but several hours later, when we asked again, we were informed that they did not have another hairdryer and that the only working one had been given to another guest. This was a very unpleasant and unacceptable way to treat guests.
