− Does not have a beach. Have to walk a lot to get to any of the 2 beaches. Got charged for garden views just to have a couple of plants over a fence, would prefer to watch the lobby view.

Wailea Beach Resort is an amazingly beautiful resort in a phenomenal location with wonderful views.
10.0Wailea Beach Resort is gorgeous. My family fell in love with it and we would absolutely return. The resort has an exceptionally well organized, friendly, polite, and accommodating concierge desk that helps with the scheduling and logistics for many of Maui's top attractions like a Molokini caldera snorkel cruise, the famous Haleakala sunrise, road to Hana or other attractions, but the location is also fabulous to just sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean and pool. My children loved the waterslides and would not leave. My kids absolutely cherished the experience and my wife loved it as well. I liked how the structure of the resort catered to all kinds; families, families with young children, couples, or adult groups. The spa was pricey, but worth it!
− Food was a little pricey, but we had brought our own. The layout was hard to navigate and I got lost twice trying to find my room, but once you figure it out it's fine.
Beautiful property and top notch service
10.0This property is beautiful and well kept! We went at a busy time of year (July 2026) but it was still pretty easy to get into restaurants and find chairs at the pool. The staff were all so nice and the service was impeccable! Literally every person we encountered that worked there was always smiling and helpful. Very impressive! The bathrooms in the room need some updating in my opinion but overall the rooms were nice. We chose an ocean view and it was worth it! We utilized the departure lounge on our last day as we had a late flight out and that was such a blessing! The area surrounding the hotel is full of shops and restaurants which is nice. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

8.0Great location close to Wailea Beach, walking distance to some nice shops and restaurants. Good access to pools and cabanas. Yummy food and friendly staff! Our room was very comfortable with an amazing view.
− Some of the public facilities like the toilet next to the Grill Bar was in need of renovation , door got stuck and hard to open, old dirty tiles. It was also quite an expensive resort and I think they over charged for quite a lot of things like the cabana use and Olakini pool.
