10.0I enjoy staying here when I come to visit my gdaughter who is at the University of Ottawa. The pool is a nice place to spend a few hours with the kids and having included breakfast on site is fantastic.

4.0I just wish they would stop sending me away because I do not have a credit card I stayed there a week ago they put it on a debit card and there was no issue I try the second time and they said oh they don't do this it's not policy they can't do it anymore. Just accept the damn debit card what's the issue I cause no damage no harm to other people wake up you're sending people away I spend a lot of money each month on hotels and you want to turn me away just because I have no credit card shame on you.

10.0This property never disappoints! It is impeccably clean. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included is great with lots of tables to sit at, and the most amazing staff who keep the whole area so tidy and clean. They are always willing to help, and even make your waffles for you! I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again. I especially like that the suites have a bar area, with a separate sink, a microwave, and a bar fridge.
