− Some of the bsr staff need a lesson in Customer Service. Waiting at Bar for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged our of order. Guy taking table orders says I ll be with you in a minute and then disappeared. Unacceptable
Don't accept a room on the 1st floor

− It was noisy. When I moved rooms, I was given one on the 1sr floir above the Picadilly line, and could hear every train that went through.

8.0Posizione ottima, pieno centro ma situato comunque in una zona tranquilla. Si raggiungono a piedi molte delle attrazioni principali. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli, il letto era molto comodo e c’era la possibilità di farsi un caffè nespresso, usare il bollitore e accedere ai servizi streaming con la televisione. La colazione era nel complesso buona, la scelta non era sempre molto ampia per il dolce, ma niente di che, era ottima. La spa con la piscina è un grande plus per questa struttura, perfettamente funzionante e mai affollata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lunghe camminate. Nel complesso consiglierei questo hotel e molto probabilmente tornerò.
− Nonostante la vastità della camera, il bagno era davvero troppo piccolo. Due persone non potevano starci contemporaneamente. Apprezzo che la doccia non ne abbia risentito perché era comunque grande abbastanza…. ma per questo prezzo non posso ottenere un bagno grande quanto un armadio. Lo staff della reception è stato scortese al momento del check in, nessun torto, solo un tono spiacevole e seccato. In più non salutavano mai quando uscivamo o entravamo dall’hotel. Il menù del ristorante è secondo circoscritto a certi tipi di sapori, la scelta non è ampia e i piatti arrivavano quasi sempre già tiepidi con il servizio in camera. Sulle lenzuola, tende e asciugamani abbiamo trovato delle macchie, che probabilmente erano solo vecchie, tutto era molto pulito ma quelle piccole macchie non sono piacevoli da vedere in una struttura con questi prezzi.
