The positives are: the price, the friendliness of the staff, the location, and a comfortable bed/bedroom and general housing. The guesthouse needed to be cleaned, especially waste tissue in the bathroom garbage, which wasn't emptied once in five days, the floors and blankets needing cleaning, the shower being dirty at best, and notice you need to bring your own towels. The property forgot to provide food for breakfast the last day as well. The most disappointing and angry part was the tour I arranged for $140 to Hastri National Park. After a day trip in the city the day before, I requested not to have a Toyota Prius take me into a rough, off-road national park, and I still got the Prius. After driving nearly three hours to get to the park, the driver, rightfully so, refused to go further after 30 minutes of being in the park because the rocky dirt roads would damage his Prius. We turned around and went home. I was extremely disappointed and angry that no one had the common sense not to take a Prius. I felt short-changed on my experience, and cheated out of $150 USD. I complained to the person who arranged the trip, who apologized, but he made no offer for a partial refund. They were good people, but their inexperience in arranging an organized tour to the park was screaming loud. Everyone else that flew past us in the park was in a proper vehicle for off-road adventures. I spent as much time having lunch at a roadside stop as I did in the park. I was disappointed.
