10.0Super nettes Team, immer hilfsbereit. Gute Lage, um innerhalb von 60 Minuten praktisch in jedes Stadtgebiet kommt - vom Flughafen (per Shuttle dorthin) einfach mit der Blue Line zum Loop.

8.0I had an issue with the a/c not turning off. Front Desk changed my room so I was more comfortable. 7-21-26 evening, FD lady was great.
Barely adequate facilities, courteous staff
6.0− Long wait for the shuttle, and I don’t wasn’t told it would have a different name than the hotel. Very worn furnishings.?Carpets were quite dirty.
Worst experience in my travel life
1.0Bad is a small word for that property. It was worst place in my whole travel life. I booked two apartments. Both were uncleaned and in one apartment carpet was wet due to AC leakage. I complained but administration did not resolve the issue. I stayed there for three weeks and they did not clean any apartment even a single time. Toilets in both apartments became chocked every second day. We had to borrow toilet plunger from Receptionist to open it and must to return it soon for others. First time my trust on booking.com has been broken ( I am really sorry to say). We could get one toilet paper roll per day per apartment and Once I requested to change the towels she recommended to dry and reuse them. I would like write her name here but she refused to tell her name by saying that she is not interested to tell her name. With all those things they were expecting good review.

It was ok and quite good size of the room and facilities were excellent
