I am a Wyndham Rewards user as well as a Wyndham Resort owner and was very disappointed in my stay with friend. We stopped last minute so we just walked in to get a room. Stay on 6/9/26 our king size bed room was clean but a few of towels were yellowed side table by bed was not level so drawer did not stay closed refrigerator was loud. Went down got breakfast at 8;00 no fruit, coffee was not fresh, tried to make a waffle but after I poured batter in realized that machine was turned off asked girl at front desk about this and she just said that it shouldn’t of been turned off . Machine was a mess with no assistance from staff to clean so it could be used. Only one slice of bread left and very stale English muffins. The biscuits were hard and the gravy with no sausage was like paste. Even though breakfast was complimentary I give it a minus 5. Very disappointed in a Wyndham property.

For the price and type of motel it was great.

Our TV didn't work and we moved to another room. It was an upgrade frp, [revopis room. The staff was excellent with this situation. It was nice and quiet.

they told me i would be refunded my pet deposit. it was $25. i arrived at almost midnight. i asked for a late check out. around 1pm. that barely 12 hours there. i was promised this late checkout and then had a staff member knocking on my door every 20 min after 11. they were rude. breakfast was awful. they were rude. i hated it.

I normally make the best of everything, but this was just too much. Corporate you should be ashamed of yourselves, when was the last time you actually walked your locations? The staff was friendly however that is about the only good thing about the stay. When we arrived at our room it smelled awful and when you turned on the light/fan in the bathroom it was worse and enough to make my stomach turn (smelled of ashtray). The lighting was dark and not welcoming. The refrigerator had a gallon of chocolate milk left in it (showing the non-cleanliness of the place), the floor was sticky were there was no carpet, shoes stayed on the entire time. The safety latch was hanging with pry marks on the door. The hot breakfast in normal places would have different options for each day, not this place, it was nasty sausage gravy and biscuits both days we stayed. There was barely any sausage, and the biscuits were rock hard. the cosmetic maintenance in the elevator and in the room was not very professional as there were clumps of sealant and massive amount of dirt in the corners (look of carbon build up). If you need to charge your phone you have to plug in a charger to a wall socket, oh and your plug will fall out of the socket. The whole hotel was dark and dingy; it needs a major overhaul. For example, USB ports on the lights or alarm clocks. Better safety locks on the doors. brighter lighting throughout the entire hotel. I don't even know what to tell you about the bathroom because I don't think anything could take care of that smell. I also suggest more than one set of towels for guests. For the amount we paid for this stay I expected better. Never again will we stay at a Wyndham Resort!
