9.0The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The maintenance guy helped us to our room and chatted with us a few times during our stay.
− I booked a room w a fireplace and there wasn't one.

2.0− Services were not available as advertised. There was little initial cooperation with wanting to cancel and rebook with another facility. Staff were not helpful and responded basically with a take it or leave it attitude.

8.0Our room was clean and quiet and comfy. The pool was great, kids had a good time. The breakfast had a ton of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Traveling with kiddos and found this place totally serviceable.
