Excellent - Great Staff!
10.0Janie (and another lady at the front desk - maybe Shelby) turned us on to Joe's KC BBQ. They gave us some other good advice. Later, they helped us with the internet. We also really liked Esmerelda (the lady in the restaurant for breakfast). She was very chipper! The omelet was excellent!
− The refrigerator didn't work. We told someone who offered to fix it, but we were only there for one night, so we told them it wasn't necessary.

8.0Ausgezeichnete Lage und tolle Anbindung an gratis Street car und damit zu allen Seehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer geräumig. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis zur WM-Zeit erwartungsgemäss unausgewogen.
− Desinfektionsgeruch auf den Gängen. Die Hotelbar war sogar zu einem Zeitpunkt nach einem Spiel vor Ort und trotz hoher Anzahl von dementsprechend internationalen Gästen bereits um 24h geschlossen.
