− There was only on bed. The other was a single bed for a child. One sofa bed didn’t work correctly and I slid through the middle while trying to sleep. The other child’s bed was not made up and there was no duvet cover. The kitchen had many useless things from the 1970’s and I found the knives blunt and cheap. The apartment was generally very dated and the main bedroom smelt old and musty.

− La empresa que gestiona el apartamento pésima, rozando el acoso con email, llamadas y hasta wassap, obligando al cliente a hacer un check-in con antelación que normalmente debe realizar la empresa el día que se entra al alojamiento y exigiendo datos del vuelo en el que se viaja... Por otro lado demostraron un desconocimiento absoluto del apartamento, no ofreciendo información necesaria (como la clave de la TV), exigen una fianza que no se indicaba al hacer la reserva y luego la retienen más allá de las 48h en que debían devolverla alegando que estaban desechas más camas del número de huéspedes indicados, el alojamiento carece de aire acondicionado y las ventanas están muy mal aisladas por lo que, al ser un piso alto suena muchísimo el viento y se pasa bastante calor. En resumen, para no volver

− The apartment was dusty, musty and unventilated. The windows were very dirty. There were artifical flowers and ugly trinkets standing everywhere and catching dust. The staff ignored my request to provide a sheet which was not there. One bed was fine and the others were sofa beds which were very uncomfortable. Long list of rules.
I was very satisfy with the stay over.

10.0My first impression on entering the apartment was how clean the property looked. The location was good, sea views and very close to the bus stops. Collecting and returning the keys was very straightforward, helpful staff, overall very pleased.
