7.0The breakfast was good and the room was nice and the shower had plenty of hot water.
− I couldn't put the charges on my PayPal or my online banking card. I couldn't even combine my credit cards if had to go one card. And no one came to make the bed and clean my entire week stay.

− Bed was uneven, tub stained. Noise from guy on 4th floor. Heard every footstep.
This was an okay hotel and served a decent purpose for staying the night before my daughters surgery
6.0Was a very convenient location for the purpose of our trip and was easy to get in and out of.
− You had to pay an additional fee for parking which was not listed anywhere. The first room they assigned us to what not cleaned from then previous guest so we had to go back down to the counter and get a new room all with a one year old in tow.
For families of four and under only
6.0Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
− Booking.com should not have this place listed for five people. There are only two beds for all room options, no cots or pull-out beds.

3.0− Stayed 2 nights and the bed wasn't made nor clean towels put in the bathroom. Went to the front desk and they had no towels available. Room AC didn't get cool.
Overall pleasant stay
9.0Breakfast was good . Corte was out but was quickly refilled when asked.
− Someone was knocking on the door in the middle of the night and the room phone also rang in the middle of the night
