Une maison bien située, mais sale, mal équipée et loin des promesses faites.
1.0Le logement est bien situé.
− Je n’ai pas apprécié les promesses non tenues. J’ai trouvé une maison sale : des serviettes par terre, des toiles d’araignée dans la chambre. La télévision ne fonctionne pas dans le salon. Celle de la chambre est encore plus problématique : elle a une autre fiche qui ne s’adapte pas à la prise. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et, la nuit, il fait très froid, d’autant plus que la maison est en rez-de-chaussée. Même le Wi-Fi n’a pas fonctionné : j’ai été obligé de redémarrer le modem et de rebrancher les autres fils. Je déconseille vraiment cette maison aux futurs locataires. Le seul point positif : le logement est bien situé. Une promesse est une dette ; malheureusement, je n’ai pas trouvé ce qui m’avait été promis.

3.0Lage ist recht gut
− Man kann nich lüften, außer man lässt die Eingangstür offen. Im Bad ist es „normal“ dass nach dem Duschen der halbe Boden geflutet ist. Aber dafür gibts einen Wasserschieber. Da der Boden nass ist und es keine Lüftung gibt, bleibt der Boden auch lange nass und es riecht muffig.
Super Lage, sauber und bequeme Betten
8.0Perfekte Lage, schön gemütlich und man hat alles, was man braucht, wenn man in Berlin auf der Durchreise ist. Eingang mit Türcode funktioniert fehlerfrei, es wurde alles rechtzeitig vorab kommuniziert. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat super bequeme Betten, in beiden Zimmer. WLAN ist kostenlos und stabil.
− Wasserkocher war leider defekt, und zwar auf eine ziemlich gefährliche Art - da kann der Vermieter aber wahrscheinlich nichts dafür, sah so aus, als wenn jemand damit falsch hantiert hätte. Wurde gemeldet, und ich gehe davon aus, ist bereits beseitigt.

− Apartment floor was not clean when we arrived, and some of the areas around the windows were dirty with dust. Also, the apartment smells of mildew and the bathroom is quite old and very small... definitely not worth the money ~140€ pro night.
