8.0Personel gayet güler yüzlü ve anlayışlıydı. Fakat otele giriş yaptığımız zaman oda çok soğuktu. Isınmada problem olduğunu söylediler. Sonrasında problemi çözdüler.

Ruined Christmas in cappadocia
2.0We checked in and left after paying in advance how they expect anybody to stay in minus night temperatures with heating that is barely warm is beyond me a total rip off. I spoke to the manager who was offsite and explained the heating was defective and was told I had booked in early and had to wait for the radiator to warm up,this was never going to happen so I decided to leave as we both were feeling under the weather and just wanted a warm room for the night.I will never pay in advance again spoiled our Christmas trip.

10.0My time at Saddle Cave Hotel was something to remember and the establishment and the people will be etched in my heart. Right from the beginning they were welcoming and made me feel home. It was a great experience. They would always ask me if i wanted tea or coffee. Even if I didn’t want it they would insist out of respect and their good character as Turkish people. Helped me navigate to each destination i wanted to travel to with their own taxi transfer service. It was more easier and convenient than calling a normal taxi. They helped me organise activities and were always approachable. Very kind and positive attitudes from all staff.
