really lovely, nicely furnished and well equipped cottage. Bathroom was gorgeous! Great location, nearby river walk to Watersmeet and 2 minutes to the harbour.

Perfect Cottage Stay in Beautiful Village

This is a fantastic cottage and a must-stay if in Lynton & Lynmouth! The host has done a stellar job of explaining where the property is and the potential challenges to getting to the cottage but we did not find it difficult at all and were well rewarded with a wonderful stay in a perfect location for exploring the village just a 3 minute walk, Glen Lyn Gorge right by the cottage, and the surrounding villages. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was a treat, and the cottage was equipped with whatever you may need and more! The car park was straight across from the path to get to the cottage and parking is charged from 10-6 so we didn’t have any issues with parking like we thought we might.

Lovely, cosy home, perfect for a family stay by the sea.

Lovely property with lovely touches in the kitchen and bathroom. There were a few issues with taps and a curtain rail and these were sorted out quickly with some great local workmen. It's a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Beautifully restored cottage in an excellent location Lots of lovely extras included in your stay if needed Tea,coffee washing up liquid, etc. Spotlessly clean throughout Good proximity of exploring the local area and can park in a local car which is only a 5 minute walk away Good communication from the owner Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends
