Nature escape, with the warmest welcome and care

A true nature escape with some of the warmest and most attentive staff we’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the kitchen staff, provided such genuine, personalized care and made us feel incredibly welcome. The facilities are excellent, especially for families traveling with children. What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff remembered all of our names, our coffee orders, and even took the time to check in with our children each day. They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Having lived in Southeast Asia for 11 years and stayed at many hotels, I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. It made our stay truly memorable.

− The glamping experience itself was very reasonably priced, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the on-site extras were surprisingly expensive. The restaurant and even the items in the mini fridge were priced much higher than expected. For example, a soda water is 6 USD, a power bowl was 18 USD. Since the property is a little outside of town, it felt like there weren’t many alternative options, which made the prices harder to justify. We ended up just getting a Loca to the supermarket to offset it and getting takeaway to bring back on our excursions. There is a shuttle that can take you into town but it only operates in the evenings. The playground was a nice addition for families, but it could use a little more maintenance. There were quite a few wasps around the play area, which made it less enjoyable for the children.

This resort is amazing!! I highly recommend it. Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom villa.

Everything! It was beautiful, peaceful, clean, amazing daily breakfast, evening shuttle to town is also a huge bonus. The staff was friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. I think the river was my kids favorite activity. We saw locals swimming in it so we gave it a try and 10/10 for free fun activity.

A haven for peaceful rest & family bonding in Namkhan

We had a wonderful stay & were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality from start to finish. The entire crew were warm, attentive, & always ready to help. The villa was spacious & comfortable, & the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The facilities were adequate to take things slowly, & surrounded by lush greenery. A good variety of breakfast options & was very delicious, good menu choice for lunch & dinner considering the resort size. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one. 

− The bathtub was huge but the water pressure is too slow and not hot enough to enjoy a bath. There was a power cut off that was reinstated in 1 hour, would be nice that there is a back up generator on site. There was only shuttle to town in the evening and would be great if you can offer a morning shuttle service. The spa and yoga price is a bit steep.
