Un lugar muy accesible y muy comodo.
10.0La amabilidad del personal fue algo que nos sorprendió, porque a pesar de tener ciertas dificultades para hacernos entender nos ayudaron en todo y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta (enviar maletas a otros hoteles, recibirlas, funcionamiento del onsen...)
− La unica cosa negativa que podria resaltar seria las almohadas que vienen de serie en las habitaciones, eran muy duras. Eso si para solventarlos en recepción tenian cojines que podias coger sin ningun problema.

10.0El personal es realmente muy amable; las habitaciones son justas, pequeñas como en la mayoría de los hoteles, pero muy cómodas con su nevera y baño privado. Las instalaciones son geniales, siempre tienen café gratis y por la noche hay un bar con bebidas gratuitas, además del onsen. Está muy cerca de la estación de Akihabara y de varios accesos, lo que facilita mucho el desplazamiento. En conclusión, muy bien, considerando que me quedé 7 días. Recomendado.

8.0I love the waterfront view. Location, location, location. Side note: Is there any way to get Vitamon C. C. Lemon drink in your vending machine? I love those.
− You need to put a tiny desk right next to the bed. Many people would put their cellphones on the desk to charge while they go to bed.

Safe, Cozy Stay Beside the River, Loved the Cat Robot!
9.0We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and it sits right beside a river, which makes for a lovely view and a relaxing walk. It’s a short walk from the nearest train station, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage. One of our favorite surprises was the friendly cat robot that greets you, which was such a fun and welcoming touch. My friend and I are both female travelers, and we felt very safe throughout our stay, including when coming back in the evening. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again!
− Nothing particular just it is one elevator entry and exit so you have the waiting line. NOTE: If you have heavy luggage, will be challenging walking from the closest train station.

− No puedo poner más nota al hotel debido al ascensor. Un ascensor para tantas habitaciones y plantas, es una locura, estaba en la planta 13 y cada vez que queria bajar o subir había que esperar cerca de 5 minutos o más.
