10.0Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (Z.B. haben sie mit der Airline telefoniert, da es Probleme beim Check-in gab). Das Essen in der Unterkunft schmeckt sehr gut. Auch der Transfer zum Airport und die über die Unterkunft organisierten Ausflüge waren top. Wenn wir nochmal nach siem reap kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

10.0La atención recibida, las instalaciones, la piscina, el desayuno. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y cuidados esos días, fue nuestra mejor estancia en Camboya. Nos ayudaron con los transportes de las visitas a los templos de manera muy profesional y a un precio totalmente razonable. El personal es muy agradable sin ser invasivo en absoluto y el gerente es una gran persona, alguien que se preocupa sinceramente por sus huéspedes, alguien al que quieres tener como amigo y al que sin duda volveríamos en otra visita a Siem Reap

10.0La ubicación es excelente. La ducha funciona muy bien y la cama es cómoda. El personal es muy amable. Están atentos a los mensajes y en la recepción por cualquier consulta o necesidad. También nos dejaron hacer el check in un poco más temprano y luego dejamos nuestras mochilas por la tarde ya que teníamos vuelo en la noche. Lo recomiendo. Buena relación calidad/precio.

10.0スタッフの方が本当に親切です。温かい気持ちになりました。ウェルカムドリンクやフルーツを用意してくださったり、1キロ１ドルのランドリーはその日のうちに用意してくださったり、とても助かりました。オールドマーケットやパブストリートも歩いていけます。
