− Not working hair dryer. Towels not replaced. Staff unable to adress our concern. Check in was at 4:20 pm.

1.0− Booked and paid for a king suite online a month in advance but when we checked in they put us in a room with a queen bed without even telling us. When asked, they said they didn’t have king rooms available that night and there was no manager on site to resolve the issue. Upon check out they charged an additional 25$ parking fee again without even telling us. There was no attempt to make amends either. Felt very scammy and disrespectful to customers.
An excellent stay for three nights. Clean room, good facilities - close to so much!
