very enjoyable stay shared kitchen worked very well ,the bed was very comfortable , fabulous seaview

− my wife did,nt like the glass panel in the bathroom door , i found it fine...
Great place to stay to experience St Ives
8.0Great central location with all facilities needed. Close to a car park. Fantastic sea view.
− Slightly outdated in terms of finishings eg scuffs on walls and marks on carpet. Lock mechanism confusing first time using (turn left then right).
Very good location but avoid the small double room
5.0The location was perfect
− The small double room is not proper for 2, it can be used only for one person and eventually only for one 2 nights. On top the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the temperature in the room difficult to manage or extremely hot with closed windows or noisy with windows opened

− Vindue var afskærmet og der kom lidt lys ind i rummet. Der manglede lidt udendørs møbler på terrassen og så var der meget larm af afløbssystem og måger om natten.

8.0I liked the fact that when I asked for a fan in the room they managed to get one for me. This was a lovely gesture and allowed me to sleep well . Super comfy beds and a clean and tidy house. Would stay again.
− The carpet needs changing in n room 6. It was a little too grubby for my liking and a fresh clean carpet would be a good investment.
