− Poor parking facilities and one of my towels was dirty.Asked for a ground floor room had to go up two flights of stairs.
Nice hotel friendly staff and everything provided for the perfect stay
10.0The staff member on reception was very polite and did his best to accommodate the requests we made and anything else we needed, the room was clean and spacious with a nice en suite the tv is a good size, good furniture, gad everything needed.

10.0The staff member on reception was very friendly and polite, having stayed at this hotel previously I made a request to stay in the same room as before and although I understand requests cannot always be adhered to mine was which is very much appreciated, the room is spacious good bathroom, decent size tv, and the room was just genuinely perfect
I can recommend staying here if you have the same experience as me.
