9.0Molto bella e curata la spa. Pulizia nella struttura e nella camera eccellente.
− Il soggiorno nelle depandances, quindi nelle strutture non adese al corpo centrale della struttura, dovrebbe avere un prezzo inferiore. La colazione a buffet non era ricchissima.

9.0La struttura è davvero piacevole, la camera spaziosa e pulita, buona la colazione, molto bella ed attrezzatissima la spa, piacevole la piscina esterna
− Abbiamo richiesto di mangiare al ristorante dell'hotel, ma ci è stato detto che era al completo. Peccato che il nostro soggiorno coincideva con la festa del paese e che l'altro unico ristorante era chiuso. Seppur con la gentilissima collaborazione della receptionist, siamo stati costretti a recarci a cena ad Acqui Terme (circa 20 km. di distanza). Forse sarebbe stato il caso che la struttura avesse tenuto in considerazione che i propri ospiti avrebbero dovuto mangiare e riservare loro la possibilità di fermarsi nel ristorante della struttura.

4.0the view is beautiful spa is good food is delicious, even though the restaurant staff needs more training to meet the expectations of relais clients
− The greeting and check-in was the most non-hospitality standard I have ever experienced. On the entrance I was informed that the room is 200 meters away, which was communicated previously but perhaps my expectations were higher as I have assumed that it inside of the residency and not requesting us to leave the venue and walk away on the streets with a dog, toddler, stroller every time... The worst was when the receptionists have informed me the child is not allowed to the swimming pool. And after asking to their boss the answer was: "Exceptionally only today we can allow your child to be with you be the pool". Client centricity and hospitality standards of this place are really questioned as after this "welcome" our weekend was already negatively influenced....I suggest this venue to see their policies and consider informing their clientele that they are the Adult Only place..
