9.0Veel ruimte. Mooi terras en mooie tuin. Keuken met alle dingen die je nodig. Kindjes hebben heerlijk in het zwembadje en de tuin gespeeld.

10.0Wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen von Santa Cruz. Umfangreiche und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sehr netter Vermieter. Ein Ort um sich ab dem ersten Moment wohl zu fühlen. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen keine Lärmbelästigung. Wöchentlich Wäschewechsel und Garten-/ Poolservice waren besonders erfreulich.

MARAVILLOSA VILLA.
10.0Es una casa muy cómoda, amplia, y muy bonita con un jardín precioso, con vistas al mar, muy bien situada, fácil aparcamiento, completamente equipada, super recomendable. El anfitrión es encantador, y su simpático hijo le enseño los jardines al nuestro mientras él nos mostraba la casa. Volveremos sin duda.
− Nos gustó todo, pero por sacar una pequeña pega, las almohadas son mejorables.

− No tenía cortinas... La limpieza horrible.. Pelos en la bañera, del cliente anterior, de las zonas intimas🤮.. Fruta podrida, de recibimiento. Debajo del sillón cama,había basura de hace meses. Habían cucarachas, en la panera, salón, habitación baja. Pone que hay, piscina y en realidad es un tanque y encima sucio.
