10.0Customer service was way above and beyond my expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect because it is close to the places I wanted to visit. I like how my stay is located inside a farm as well which contributes to the overall Tuscany experience. Both interior and exterior of the property felt like a dream for me. I love how visible Montepulciano is at plane sight from the inside and from the front yard of my stay. The interior was well designed (it has that roman vibes to it) and has great workmanship. I also love the overall Architecture of this property. Parking is super accessible (my car is parked right in front my door) and you can do some picnic in your front yard while enjoying the views. As a result, this made the property a great place for me to do a bit of photoshoot in my spare time, and eventually setting a great impression of what Tuscany is like.
