5.0Super hyggeligt område og nemt at komme til og fra.
− Der manglede en rigtig ovn i køkkenet. Sengene var meget bløde Det er lige med at skrive at der er gratis wifi. Det fungerede ikke særlig godt
Appartement prima , lokatie prima maar buiten geen privacy
8.0Naast appartement één slager. Tegenover een supermarkt en op 60 meter een rechtstreekse metro naar de binnenstad . Lijn 9 en iedere 10 minuten
− Er staat in de beschrijving dat er een terras is . ( 16 m2 met bankje en 2 stoelen )Dat klopt wel maar vermeld dan dat je dat met minimaal 3 appartementen moet delen . Dus vergeet je privacy maar . Wij vonden dit zeer bezwaarlijk om ‘s avonds in appartement te komen en niet meer buiten kunnen zitten omdat er al de bewoners van andere appartement het terras in gebruik hadden.

10.0Sehr sauberes Apartment, alles ist vorhanden, Badezimmer Ausstattung Top... Ruhige Lage, Bäcker, Metzger, Konsum alles in nächster Nähe...Fähre zur anderen Elbseite fußläufig erreichbar..tolle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern...es war so schön das wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen

10.0Lage. Ausstattung. Sauberkeit. Qualität. Alles super! Erstklassiger Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir sind mit viel Wehmut wieder abgefahren… Viel Bequemlichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. (Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Attraktionen von Laubegast)

9.0Apartman u starijoj zgradi,ali besprijekorno čist i uredan.Opremljen svime što je potrebno za pripremanje obroka.Trgovina i tramvajska stanica odmah preko puta.Parking osiguran u sklopu objekta,mogućnost odlaganja bicikala u zatvorenoj garaži.Mali vrt za odmor uz sami apartman.Udaljenost od centra 10 km,prekrasna staza uz rijeku koja vodi do samog centra.Komunikacija sa vlasnicima jednostavna i bez kompliciranja,po potrebi dostupni.Dosta udaljeno od centra,ali vrlo čisto,uredno i sigurno mjesto za odmor.
− Jedina zamjerka su podovi koji škripe pri svakom koraku u cijelom apartmanu što je bilo neugodno za nas,a vjerojatno i za stanare ispod nas.
