Die Aussicht und Ruhe war toll.

− Beide Backofen defekt, 2 von 4 Ventilatoren waren defekt, Esstisch im Wohnbereich durfte man am besten nicht anfassen. Das Waschbecken im oberen Bad völlig verstopft. Toilettenbrille locker und viel zu groß. Oberflächen, Geschirr, Herd Besteck schmierig und ölig. Keine Dichtung an Türen und Fenstern und somit Ameisen im Schlafzimmer. Rollläden und den Balkonen gingen nur zur Hälfte hoch zu ziehen.

La tranquilidad, amplitud de la vivienda y el exterior con piscinita.

− Que no nos recibiera nadie en persona, que no avisarán que vendría personal de limpieza de los jardines y piscina, que hay 1 TV y 2 ventiladores que NO funcionan y que ante el problema de la caída de plomos no se arreglará de inmediato, y tuvimos que buscar nosotros donde estaban los plomos de detrás de un cuadro (teóricamente dijeron arriba) pero estaban las 2 cajas abajo y las 2 linternas tampoco tienen pilas.

Good spot to see the Cinque Terra national park, also good access to la spezia by car. Small pool is fun and nice to relax around. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Nice spot away from the cities to enjoy

− Host was slow to respond to messages. Between 4 and 24 hours to get a reply. Some of the listed ammenities needed to be opened up and that took around 24hrs to organise.

The accommodation was clean and tidy & the position was strategic and ideal for visiting the area.

− Unfortunately for the entire duration of our stay the toilet was not flushing. As we arrived in the late evening, we didn’t want to disturb the host and decided to text her the following morning about the issue. She replied informing us that the plumber couldn't come until the next morning which was when we were going to check out and leave so ultimately we spent the whole 2 days of our stay without the possibility of using the toilet. You can imagine the inconvenience and discomfort! Apart from the fact that she didn't even tried to find an alternative solution, the worst is that once we asked for some help or at least a little portion refunded for the inconvenience, the host simply ghosted us, deciding not to reply. We completely understand that inconveniences may always happen and we are not blaming her for this but the flushing was already out of order when we arrived, it was the host’s responsibility to ensure everything was working properly before guests check in.
