Wonderful staff despite the room mix up.

The pub area and outside was nice and it was a great location. The staff, particularly Jess, was amazing.

− We arrived to discover our family room had been given away. Me, my husband and two teenage children ended up in a double room with a sofa bed squished in which was up against the double bed. Having said this, the staff member Jess handled the whole situation phenomenally well. A big well done to her!

We did not use the breakfast room

− although coffee and tea was in the room there was no milk I did ask for some downstairs and was told there was none.

Very welcoming and efficient staff. Superb location right in the centre of Otley. Very clean, modern and comfortable bed and bedroom.

− One of my key criteria when booking was the advertised breakfast, but in the interim period they have stopped serving morning food. Quite disappointing, but fully understandable from a busness perspective and there are several exelcellent cafés very close by. So, on balance, OK, but just be aware. There is onky a tiny shower, but again, it's a pub at the end of the day and they have worked wonders with the structure that they have, so it is what it is, just be aware.

Nothing stood out other than lady member of staff who had to work very hard.

− Hot room meant open windows much road noise. Only one person checking in people so couldn’t get drink from bar over 1 hour. My partner in shower and had to rush getting dried etc cos no one knew a family were staying and needed folding sofa from our room urgently. The carpet, already not clean was soooo dusty where sofa removed from and not dealt with.
