8.0− On the check in they were about to charge extra for my brother, because on the hotel policies he is not a children as for the booking policies. This lead to discussion on how to sort out the issue. At the end we did not pay any extra amounts as we simply followed the booking rules, however it was exhausted the stress and time lost during this period. So this is something that they should have stated, under their policies children go up to 12 years old. + It would be better if the hotel had hallal options on their restaurant. Besides this the stay was enjoyable.
