− Is look like they have some problems with ac sistem on the floors hallways
Good visit would have been great if elevator and ice machine were working.
8.0Room is very nice with lovely view. Breakfast is delicious. The staff are very kind and helpful.
− The elevator was out of service for 2 days. It was difficult to carry luggage down the stairs. Fortunately a very kind employee was helping guests carry the luggage at check out. (I was in a boot with an ankle injury so it was double difficult.) The ice machine on our floor was also out of service.

− Getting. Phone call at 2 am in the morning to tell is to move our truck when my husband had ask but I guess it was a miss understanding on both parts
Just parking was awful and the rest of the facility was great
