4.0Hotel muito básico, para o valor da estadia … o quarto tinha uma parede na janela … o banheiro tão pequeno que quase não dava pra tomar banho !!o pior foi café … sem qualidade nos produtos ofertados … café muito ruim!

10.0No geral foi muito bom. Estive hospedada por 4 noites, os funcionários são muito gentis, educados e atenciosos. Como fomos passar o final do ano, o Hotel fez um Mimo de presente muito legal, para os hospedes. O que realmente falhou foi que o acento do vaso sanitário estava rachada e incomodava ao sentar, como também o armário muito pequeno, ficamos sem opção onde colocar as malas.

6.0O atendimento é bom, funcionários atenciosos, boa localização, mas a cama é muito desconfortável, colchão muito mole o que me deixou com muita dor na coluna. O chuveiro é muito ruim, a água cai muito fraca, bastaria trocar por um modelo melhor. O café da manhã não é dos melhores, muitos pães, pão de queijo muito ruim, mal assado, reposição do que acabava muito lenta. Só descobri que faziam tapioca no último dia, porque é feita na cozinha e ninguém avisa.
Necessidade de reforma
6.0As acomodaçôes precisam de uma completa reforma. O mobiliário é muito velho e precário. O café da manhã é satisfatório, bem como os funcionários da recepção e refeitório. Enfim, o grande problema está na estrutura das acomodações.
