9.0We had a wonderful one-night stay at The Collector Hotel in The Hague. The hotel has a beautiful, stylish atmosphere, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. The front desk representative was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. As we were checking out, she even prepared a bag of snacks for us to take on our journey, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's these little personal touches that make a hotel truly memorable. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Collector Hotel to anyone visiting The Hague!
− The only small things we missed were a desk and chair in the room, which would have been nice for working or simply sitting comfortably, and slightly lower pillows, as we found the ones provided a bit too high for our preference. Neither of these points was a big issue, especially for a one-night stay.
