6.0Location and facilities available in the park
− Caravan was tired; whilst clean the carpet and settees are old and musty and beds not comfortable
2 nights at the cosy home. The place needs uplifting. Creaky front door. Shower door needs attention

− The fire alarm kept going intermittently. That was last Sunday at 10 p.m. Could not get in touch with Allison . A VERY NICE SECURITY OFFICER "RAQUEL CAME TO OUR RESCUE. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL. SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPA NY. HOLD ON TO HER.
Area lovely , but I wasn’t impressed with the caravan for the money .
6.0The location is perfect as you are near the beach and the town . Also a walk away from a big tescos as there’s no shop on site . Good collection of pots and pans to be used .
− There was no basic hygiene products such as toilet roll or kitchen roll or any type of cleaning products, there was no hand towels in any of the bathrooms . The only thing that was left was a fair liquid and a sponge with one towel . The beds had slats missing which made it very uncomfortable. The curtains were all stained. The shower door is basically hanging off . There were no batteries in any of the tv remotes for the bedrooms . There were rips on the quilt and dirty marks on the undersheet. The plates were dirty and had to be washed before using them as marks were all over them. There were no fans for hot days but I expected this from a caravan . The decor was ripped around the fire place and skirting boards .

7.0Location for walking into Hunstanston was a short walk, also it was quiet and loved the resident ducks
− Was a bit tired inside could do with replacing a few items the feature fireplace was tatty, blind in toilet was broken, bin had rubbish still in it in toilet, quite grubby all round. No table and chairs outside to accommodate more than 2 people. Also couldnt sit outside to eat. I strip double bed when we left wish I didnt as mattress protector was stained ewww. Shower cubicle was dirty between the door and shower was held up with cable ties.
