Amazing location, host was super responsive to us and we loved our stay. Best view of the Colosseum, felt very safe there. Walking distance to shops, coffee, restaurants. Laundry , full kitchen on site was such a plus. There was a wedding close by one night so we had a perfect view of an amazing violinist playing, it was pretty special.

− We had no complaints, the place was perfect for our family.

The place was impeccable! Huge apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Views were outstanding with 3 out of 4 rooms having a view of the Colosseum. The rooms were always well air conditioned even when it was 35 deg Celsius or above outside. Host Paco was extremely patient, accommodating and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The location across the road from the Colosseum was also 1 street away from many restaurants.

We loved the location! The apartment was huge, and you can't beat the views from the windows! We loved that there was a washer/dryer and air conditioning. The owner was quick with a reponse when I had questions, and had lots of good suggestions about the area. We had an amazing time at this property!

An amazing place in the very heart of Rome! “Magia at Colosseum” is simply an amazing apartment! The location is incredible, right next to the Colosseum, and the views from every window are like something out of a fairytale. We could see the Colosseum from practically every room. The apartment is very spacious, stylish, beautifully and luxuriously furnished, and spotlessly clean. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay: laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, a dryer, coffee, tea, oil, spices and much more. Having air conditioning in every room was a huge advantage during the hot Roman days. A special thank you to our host, Paco, for the warm welcome and the lovely welcome wine! There was plenty of bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, and the children were absolutely delighted to discover several glass jars filled with sweets and gummy candies. These thoughtful little touches made us feel very welcome and showed how much care Paco puts into hosting his guests. We travelled with two young children, so the location of the apartment was perfect. It was very easy to return to the apartment between sightseeing trips, have a rest, and then continue exploring the city. Paco is a very kind, caring and attentive host. Communication was quick and easy, and his recommendations for places to eat and things to see were very helpful. This is truly one of the best places to stay in Rome – luxurious, stylish, comfortable, and with an incredible view of the Colosseum. We highly recommend it and would absolutely love to come back!
