6.0能洗衣做飯很方便，附近有大創和Lowson 100採買方便，離車站有小一段距離，若是需要搭電梯路程稍遠一些。價格實惠，含稅後仍然很划算。
− 枕頭太軟沒有支撐力，睡起來容易痠痛。 居住的安全性不佳，應該用更好的方式處理鑰匙歸還問題。

5.0立地条件は良い。JR・地下鉄共に徒歩10分程。 部屋は各階1部屋の作りで風呂トイレ別の1LK的な感じです。電化製品・キッチン用品全て揃っており備品に困ることはありません。
− 風呂場にカビが生えていた。 室内が全体的にカビ臭い。 従業員がいないので使い勝手が判らない事もあった。

3.0ベッドが多いのが良かった。
− 排水口からの悪臭が酷くて、風呂場もカビだらけだった。カビキラーを自分で買って風呂のカビ取りを初日に行った。 部屋も湿度が酷く、24時間換気システムなのに換気口を閉じられてて、コンクリートに湿度がこもっていた。 カトラリーも何も無く、スプーン一つくらいあってもいいのでは？もう滞在予定はないので別にいいですが。
