− There wasn’t enough lighting on each side of the bed. There were no dish towels provided in the kitchen. These were small matter and overall the experience was excellent.

− The windows didn't block out any noise - horns honking through the night, even drivers yelling at each other, were all perfectly clear on the 11th floor. Bring earplugs!
