5.0− Unit was extremely cold, air conditioning units did not work - contacted host to inform them and request it was looked at and was told that it could take over a week to get an engineer out and that there is nothing wrong with it. The unit in the living room was set for 30 degrees but did not heat the unit - the bedroom unit did not work at all. The unit decor and beds was very tired and could do with a refresh.

9.0No breakfast. House was comfortable. Neat and tidy. Close to town and facilities. Quiet area.
− Only 1 minor minor complaint- towel rack in ensuite was loose.

− the cutlery was dirty the wine glasses were dirty the kettle was dirty the toilet in the ensuite was broken the light in the bathroom was broken
