4.0The property is nice. I was disappointed because I arrived on Friday afternoon. But by Friday evening we had no electricity and it never turned on the whole time we were there! I had the maintenance guy Trevor help start the wood stove. We had no matches at all. Had to buy matches before we contacted the maintenance guy and tried to start the fire in the wood stove. But we had no Kenneling to start the fire. We managed to cook on the propane grill. But we had to buy ice to keep our food frozen but it didn’t help much. So all in all it wasn’t pleasant at all. I realize that there isn’t any control on how the power will go out but I feel that it should have been mentioned about being prepared if the electricity goes out!! They had but a few lamps that worked. We couldn’t even use the hot tub! That was the main reason that attracted me to this property! They never even mentioned about a refund and yet I purchased insurance for the trip! I won’t do it again unless am able to go in the summer time! All I can say is that it was an experience to remind me what is needed in case of the electricity going out! Very very disappointed!!!
