6.0Had to go through 2 receptions. Ate dinner at hotel as nothing nearby. Room ok. Breakfast fair. A lot of stairs at main entrance
Good quality hotel very near to where I needed to be. Staff helpful and friendly although communication was difficult. B

A very mixed experience
4.0The night in this Hotel was quiet, but the bed was hard and the pillows not very comfortable. They were not exchanged because the unfriendly receptionist did not understand our complaint. The size and the cleanliness of the room was in order but the sanitary installations in the bath room were not in good shape. The shower was practically not usable as the showerhead was hopelessly congested. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service was excellent, but unfortunately the quality of the food was not, as I sadly experienced during the night. So our memories of this place are definitely not the best.
