− 早朝から、足音がうるさかったりチェックアウトの準備をする人の雑音で目覚めるのでその点は、予約する時点で説明してほしいです。謎のスタンド的な物の使い方が分からず、モヤモヤしました。

− 隣室からのイビキが凄く、夜中フリースペースに避難。悪気は無いだけに、困った。
