It was a great staycation experience with my family during new year. The food was amazing and the service was excellence. Thank you for very helpfull staff and Mas Eka for very great service during breakfast.

Outstanding service as always. Thanks to Pak Prasetyo & great team (Bu Nia, Pak Irva, Fajar, Dimas, El, Dani, Rian, Sahla and many more..). Fantastic! Unfortunately, we didn't get welcome drink & didn't see some snack & sweet anymore in the lobby. Access card didn't work on my 2nd day eventhough I offered Front Desk staff (a lady) inadvance to check my access card but then she's ensuring me that the card able to used automatically. I am in a rush hour back to hotel - shower & prepared for next agenda (only have 10minutes), sadly..have to go down to FO desk and replace the card (another staff help me for this).

Rico from Djaman Doeloe Restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Pakuwon Mall truly embodies refined hospitality. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth elevated the entire experience and made my visit feel effortlessly seamless. Rico personally send my PC up to the room as I have forgotten since my last meeting in the morning. He ensured all cables and charges are intact. My mother and son were looked after by his warmth hospitality post my early departure. He made their breakfast experience was Fabulous. Thoughtful service like this is what defines a memorable stay. Thank you, Rico, for setting such a high standard. Kudos for the chefs, food quality, flavor are exceeding the expectation of my taste buds. The reception & concierge team are very fast in placing my car upon early check-in with no question. Very effective and SUPERB, I wish I could remember their names.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our Favorite Hotel in Surabaya Four Points Pakuwon Indah Surabaya is truly our favorite hotel whenever we visit Surabaya. The service, the food, everything is just the best. The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about their guests. During breakfast, they made pancakes specially for our child after knowing how much she loves pancakes. They even prepared sushi for me, even though it’s not on the breakfast menu. Those thoughtful gestures really meant a lot to us and made our stay extra special. They truly go the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you, Four Points Pakuwon Indah Surabaya, for such a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back again.

The service and hospitality made my stay memorable. I got my room upgraded, it was spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I appreciated the complimentary welcome snack delivered to my room. The restaurant had delicious and varied breakfast menu, also the staffs were very helpful—especially Chef Anto, Chef Yudi, and Math who made sure I had everything I needed. I enjoyed direct access to the shopping mall, but the parking lot could be quite confusing and crowded especially on the weekend. It was a delightful staying experience and Four Points Pakuwon Indah will be my choice to stay in West Surabaya.

Chef Yudi’s Kindness Made Our Stay Unforgettable

This was my first time staying here, as I was visiting for work. There were 13 of us in our group. I didn’t expect the service to be this amazing—even though it’s a 4-star hotel, it truly felt like a 5-star experience. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. Every morning, all the staff served us warmly and greeted us with genuine friendliness. On the first day, I complained because my muesli tasted a bit sour, and Chef Yudi immediately came to apologize and kindly offered me a complimentary dish, which was absolutely delicious. On the following days, Chef Yudi also came by to check on us and personally took care of us. Shout out to Chef Yudi and the entire breakfast restaurant team at Four Points. Keep up the good work!
