6.0Luigi, der Rezeptionist war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schönes Zimmer, sauber und komfortabel. Super Frühstück.
− Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr unaufmerksam und wirkte nicht wirklich bemüht. Leere Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, und man wurde eine Dreiviertelstunde lang kein einziges Mal gefragt, ob man einen Kaffee oder Ähnliches wolle.

− Given the location near the station (which was a positive) it felt unsafe at night.

6.0We loved the hotel's location, lobby, and breakfast—all were excellent with nothing to fault. The staff were incredibly friendly too.
− Unfortunately, the room didn't meet the same standard. The shower drained very slowly, taking over half an hour for water to clear, the toilet didn't flush properly, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.
