10.0As a Marriott Bonvoy member who can admittedly be a bit high-maintenance with questions and requests, I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service provided by Noo. From the moment I arrived at the Jubilee prestige hotel, Noo displayed superior patience, warmth, and professionalism. She thoroughly answered every single question I had and even took the time to give me a personal tour of my room prior to check-in. While the property itself may not be the newest, team members like Noo are what elevate the guest experience. Her welcoming attitude and top-tier customer service make you want to return again and again. She is a massive asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit!

2-night stay with comfort and true hospitality
10.0I had to attend the conference at the hotel for 2 days in January 2026, and I decided to stay at this property. The property is in the process of being fully rebranded to JW Ratchadapisek. However, the service and standard of Marriott never fade away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The corner room was spacious with functional facilities. The food at the Japanese restaurant was great, so I could eat from the menu by paying only one price. I loved the pastries and coffee at the lobby coffee shop. The location was good and a 5-minute walk to the subway MRT. Highly appreciate Khun Sasidhorn (Wahn), who welcomed and bid farewell upon departure. Will definitely go back for sure. See you at JW Ratchadapisek.
