− Very warm room, no AC and windows can only be opened a tiny bit. We Had booked a travel cot and received confirmation. No travel cot in the room on arrival, asked again and it was set up without any bedding. Asked reception for bedding , was given an enormous sheet (after the reception staff had finished their chat…)
I thought £724 was overpriced and there was no breakfast!Apart from that it was excellent

Great location, very clean, rooms are a bit tired.

− Rooms are in need of refurbishing. Cracked sink, marks in plaster, tired decor. No fridge in room. No Airconditioning, only a fan. Paid for a room with a view of the botanical gardens, but all I could see were the trees along the road.
I loved the location and the facade. The room could have been equipped with a microwave/toaster.
6.0The breakfast could be more varied - the main course that is.
− Lack of variation - there was sausage, bacon, beans everyday!
Won’t be back. No air con, loud surrounding, dirty rooms
